Turkish Chicken Pilaf

Ingredients:
2 chicken thighs, shredded
1 cup basmati rice
2 tbsp butter
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
2 cups chicken stock
Instructions:
Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions until golden.
Add cinnamon, allspice, and rice, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in chicken stock, bring to a boil, and simmer until rice is cooked.
Stir in shredded chicken and fluff the rice before serving.
