Turkish Chicken Pilaf

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken thighs, shredded

  • 1 cup basmati rice

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp allspice

  • 2 cups chicken stock

Instructions:

  1. Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions until golden.

  2. Add cinnamon, allspice, and rice, stirring for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Pour in chicken stock, bring to a boil, and simmer until rice is cooked.

  4. Stir in shredded chicken and fluff the rice before serving.
